Nazira Section Management Policy

In order to establish a strong foundation for the correct recitation and memorization of the Holy Quran, the Nazira department of Madrasatud Dawah Al-Islamia is conducted according to the following scientific and effective guidelines.

Education methods and strategies

  • Word Analysis (Phonetic Breakdown): Long or complex words are taught by breaking them into smaller parts, so that students can easily grasp them.
  • Visual and Auditory Training: The teacher first recites correctly, the students listen, observe with their fingers, and learn by mimicking the pronunciation.
  • Use of Images and Gestures: Emphasis is placed on displaying letters and their characteristics in capital letters on the blackboard and using practical gestures for correct pronunciation.

Special care for weak students

  • Reading skills development: ‘Special practice of 10 minutes is conducted daily from 'Ampara' or 'Qaida' to develop proficiency in the rapid pronunciation of Harakat and Tanveen.
  • Fear Removal: Instead of reading by spelling out words, a habit of reading directly by looking is developed, which increases reading speed.
  • Peer Education: Weak students are paired with talented students to create a mutual learning environment.

Class Time Management and Routine

Each class has been divided into three effective parts:

  • First 10 Minutes: A quick revision of the previous lesson.
  • Middle 20 Minutes: Practical exercises of the new lesson on the blackboard.
  • Last 10 Minutes: The new lesson is internalized through at least 20 repetitions.
