Features of the Hifz Section

  • If admitted on time, the student will, In sha allah, become a Hafiz by the age of 12 and will complete his studies from playgroup to 5th grade.
  • Classes are conducted by subject-specific experienced teachers.
  • In the Nazira department, full Quran education is provided through Tajweed, Tartib, and Sabak methods.
  • There are provisions for Sharia-compliant sports for mental and physical development.
  • There are arrangements for two meals of breakfast and three meals of quality food for residential students.
  • There is a facility for washing clothes and bed sheets in the washing machine.
  • Qualifications are developed for successful participation in various competitions.
  • Students are shaped into ideal Muslims and da'is under the guidance of distinguished scholars and da'is.
  • Efforts are made to develop students as full followers of the Sunnah.
  • Education is provided in a peaceful, enjoyable, beautiful, and clean environment.
  • The class starts with a discussion on faith.
  • In addition to religious knowledge, special importance is given to Sharia, humility, correct actions, and the development of good character.
  • Knowledge, practice, and invitation are practiced together.
  • Children who are five years old are prepared to start memorization (Hifz) within 1 to 1.5 years after completing their Nazira.
  • Efforts are made to complete the memorization in three parts in the Nazir Division.
  • Students are trained in the practice of invitation and compassion and affection for society are cultivated.

Hifz Department Management Policy

General Policy

  • Lesson Reception: Each day, the student’s lesson is listened to. If mistakes are found, they are corrected and the lesson is heard again.
  • Time Limit: The new lesson must be completed before Fajr.
  • Lesson Revision: Once a section is completed, it is reviewed again the following day.

Three-tier verification system

  • Level 1 (Nazirah Preparation): From 45 minutes before Asr until 30 minutes before Asr, students practice their new lesson.
  • Level 2 (Peer Verification): From 15 minutes before Asr, students recite their lessons to one another.
  • Level 3 (Recitation to the Teacher): From 5 minutes before Asr, students recite their lessons to the teacher.

Seven Basic Rules

  • Scheduled Time: Every day, Saatsabak must be completed before breakfast.
  • Method: Until the new Para reaches 10 pages, students must recite Saatsabak (seven lessons) daily, covering 10 pages.
  • Correction: Mistakes are marked with a pencil and corrected accordingly.

Special Education for Amukhata and Khatmi Students

  • Amukhata: Every day, 10 pages must be recited (5 pages for weaker students).
  • At the Beginning: Students must recite 1 Para in the morning and 1 Para in the afternoon.
  • Before the Half‑Yearly Exam: Memorization of all 30 Paras must be completed.

Competition and Awards

  • Every 4 weeks, the standards for passing 10, 20, and 30 are evaluated through group competitions.
  • Successful students are awarded.

Teachers' responsibilities

  • Regularly praying for the students' improvement and building upon the Sunnah.
  • Filling out attendance and reports every day.
  • Monitor students' progress every Monday from 2 PM to 5 PM.
  • Using mobile phones during class is prohibited.

Discipline and Environment

  • If a student is absent, the teacher informs the guardian.
  • Classrooms and bedrooms must be kept clean.

Parent's instructions

  • Communication is not allowed during class and sleep time.
  • The student must arrive at the madrasa 10 minutes before Maghrib.
  • If a student flees, they will be considered expelled.
  • No other food except dry food is allowed.
  • You must accept the authority's decision.
